Administrative Ruling No. 291 of May 17, 2019, whereby Resolution A.716 (17) of November 6, 1991 of the International Maritime Organization is adopted in all its parts. (17) of November 6, 1991 of the International Maritime Organization, regarding the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code (IMDG Code), concerning the training of shore personnel of the port facility engaged in the handling of dangerous goods intended to be transported by sea, within the framework of Regulation VII 1.4 of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS), 1974, and Regulation 1.3 of Annex III of the MARPOL Convention.
