Administrative Ruling No. 026 dated May 24, 2021 – Establishing the Unit of Account to be used in determining the amount of the bank guarantee and/or insurance policy required under the Decree with the Rank, Value, and Force of Law on Marinas and Connected Activities, for companies providing shipping-related services within the jurisdiction of INEA.
Administrative Ruling No. 042, extending the deadline granted under Administrative Ruling No. 014 dated December 22, 2020, until December 30, 2021, for artisanal fishing vessels under 12 meters in length (LOA) to complete the re-registration process in their respective Aquatic Jurisdictions across the national territory, in accordance with the provisions set forth in Administrative Ruling No. 183 dated May 7, 2018.
