Administrative Ruling No. 042, extending the deadline granted under Administrative Ruling No. 014 dated December 22, 2020, until December 30, 2021, for artisanal fishing vessels under 12 meters in length (LOA) to complete the re-registration process in their respective Aquatic Jurisdictions across the national territory, in accordance with the provisions set forth in Administrative Ruling No. 183 dated May 7, 2018.
Administrative Ruling No. 071 dated November 10, 2021 – Establishment of an artisanal skipper license with a duration of two (2) years, intended for seafarers crewing artisanal or primitive-type vessels for subsistence purposes in Amazonas.
