Administrative Ruling No. 290 dated May 17, 2019, whereby the rules set forth in Resolution A.862 (20) of November 27, 1997 of the International Maritime Organization regarding the Code of Practice for the Safe Loading and Unloading of Bulk Carriers (BLU Code) (20) of November 27, 1997 of the International Maritime Organization, regarding the Code of Practice for the Safe Loading and Unloading of Bulk Carriers (BLU Code), under Chapter VI, Regulation 7 of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) 1974, as amended, relating to bulk loading and unloading operations and obtaining certification of port facilities or terminals handling solid bulk cargoes (except grain).
