What is FONDA?

The Decree with Rank, Value and Force of the Organic Law of Aquatic Spaces establishes that the National Institute of Aquatic Spaces will have a special fund for the financing of studies and projects aimed at the development of the national marine.

Its main purpose is the formation, training and updating of the human talent of the seafarers and the aquatic sector, as well as the financing of studies and projects aimed at the development of the national navy, ports, port constructions and it will also allocate part of its resources for investment projects of the National Institute of Aquatic Spaces (INEA).
