| 4 | Surety bond in the amount of 7,000 Euros, notarized (which will be taken into account for the expiration date of the document or permit granted, and must have an expiration date of one (01) year). | ||||
| 5 | Operability inspection carried out by the Harbor Master’s Office of the Jurisdiction where it operates or will operate, which must include a photographic record. | ||||
| 6 | Favorable opinion issued by the Safety and Environmental Protection Management. | ||||
| 7 | Permit granted by INEA to perform Ballast Water Sampling. (valid) The extension will have the same expiration date as the valid permit. |
