General Managers, Line Managers, Heads of Office and Harbor Masters are hereby instructed that as from the present date, payments for procedures related to the services and activities related to the aquatic sector provided by the Aquatic Authority in accordance with the Law, are valid for ninety (90) days, counted as from the corresponding payment of the fee and said payment may not be used or transferred from one fiscal-financial period to another, therefore, the payment is valid in the same year in which it was made.This instruction is valid as of the present date and therefore shall be given to all related personnel, and published on the information boards of the service generating Coordination Offices at the Head Office and Port Captaincy Offices and their delegations.Excepted from this instruction are the procedures carried out before the Venezuelan Naval Registry (RENAVE), which has particular provisions on the matter in its respective Regulations of the Venezuelan Naval Registry (RENAVE), published in the Official Gazette of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela No. 37,773 dated September 11, 2003.

Without further reference and with the full assurance that we can count on your action to comply with the above instructions, you are hereby dismissed.
