COPY OF CERTIFICATE OF PROFICIENCY FOR ENGINE INTERN (TSU AND TM)

| 2. | High-resolution and sharp photograph, red background, formal attire (both shoulders and face visible, no more than six months old, neutral facial expression, no designs in facial hair for men, no low-cut necklines for women, and no photomontages). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section. |
| 3. | In the case of a copy due to loss or theft, if the user does not have a record of the document in the SINEA, a PDF copy of the Certificate of Proficiency for Engine Intern (TSU and TM) with a manual signature must be scanned if available; otherwise, a report filed with the competent judicial authority must be uploaded. In the case of a copy due to damage or deterioration, the affected Certificate or an explanatory letter of the events must be scanned and submitted. |
| 4. | Certificate of Proficiency for Engine Intern. It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section, under the CERTIFICATES tab. |
Note: Requests before the INEA shall be made without the need to present folders or compact discs. All documents must be valid, legible, digitized in PDF format, and attached in the SINEA.
