PRACTICAL PILOT CERTIFICATE (COPY)
| 1. | Identity Card. |
| 2. | High-resolution and sharp photograph, blue background, wearing Uniform No. 2 (rank stripes visible according to hierarchical rank, both shoulders and face visible, updated no more than six months ago, with a neutral facial expression, without glasses, without patterns in the beard for men, and without low-cut necklines for women, nor photo montages). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section. |
| 3. | In the case of damage, deterioration, loss, or theft, if the user does not have a record of the document in the SINEA, a PDF copy of the Practical Pilot Certificate with a manual signature must be scanned if available; otherwise, a report filed with the competent judicial authority or an explanatory letter of the events must be uploaded. (Both documents must be signed and stamped by the Harbor Master). |
| 4. | Master Mariner Certificate with two (2) years of licensure, or Chief Mate (Navigation) with five (5) years of licensure (both sides), or Titles. It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section, under the TITLES tab. |
| 5. | Practical Pilot Course Certificate. |
| 6. | Current certificate of exercise of functions as a Practical Pilot issued by the Harbor Master’s Office. |
