Circular No. 013 of the year 2019, Issuance of Merchant Marine Titles
Ruling 386 dated August 12, 2022, issued by the Civil Cassation Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, in which said Court, states that “in all events the judge can and must order when necessary, the notification of the parties by sending the respective ballot to the email address provided and to the instant messaging application and/or social network WhatsApp”.
