Extension until December 31, 2019, for individuals or legal entities that hold the status of owners, representatives, owners, charterers, charterers or lessees of vessels and navigation accessories registered before the Venezuelan Naval Registry, both at the headquarters and in the different Aquatic Circumscriptions of the national territory, to submit the documents referred to in Article 4 of Administrative Ruling No. 183 dated May 7, 2018, in order to comply with the respective procedures for obtaining a new registration.
