Likewise, it is established that this SURETY BOND shall have a term of (1) one year, counted from ____________________ until ____________________ and may be renewed for periods of equal duration via an authenticated annex by “THE COMPANY”; once this period has elapsed, all liability of “THE COMPANY” shall cease.
