ADVANCED SCIENTIFIC DIVER CREDENTIAL (ORIGINAL)
- Identity Card.
- Updated Curriculum Vitae / Resume (Spanish).
- Photograph with good resolution and clarity, blue background, formal attire (both shoulders and face visible, updated no more than six months ago, neutral facial expression, without glasses, no beard styling or patterns for men, no low-cut necklines for women, and no photomontages). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section.
- International Certification or Basic Scientific Diver Credential (both sides).
- Diver’s Medical Report (must be issued by an INEA-authorized physician or an Internist from the Public or Private Health Network).
Note: Requests before the INEA shall be made without the need to present folders or compact discs. All documents must be valid, legible, digitized in PDF format, and attached in the SINEA.
