CREDENTIAL FOR MARITIME RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS INSPECTOR WITHOUT RESTRICTION (ORIGINAL)
| 1. | Identity Card. |
| 2. | UPDATED CURRICULUM VITAE (RESUME), including a certificate proving experience in the Maritime Radiocommunications Area through any of the following options:

| 3. | High-resolution and clear photograph, blue background, Uniform No. 2 (with visible stripes according to hierarchical rank) or blue background, formal attire (both shoulders and face visible, updated no more than six months ago, neutral facial expression, no glasses, no designs in the beard for men, no low necklines for women, and no photomontages). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section. |
| 4. | Credential (both sides) or Merchant Marine Certificate. It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section, under the CERTIFICATES tab (optional). |
| 5. | University Degree in Engineering or a field related to communications (minimum of three (3) years of training). |
| 6. | Certificate of approval for the Maritime Radiocommunications Inspector course of the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System. |
| 7. | Certificate of English proficiency (minimum Level 3, issued by a duly registered academy with its respective RIF, wet seal, and visible signature), through any of the following options:

| 8. | IMO Courses (required and additional, both sides, including registration and folio numbers). The validity of the requested document depends on the date of these courses. They must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section, under the COURSES tab. |
| 9. | Maritime Medical Certificate (physical and mental fitness with specific vision and hearing evaluation), in the Maritime Medicine format available on the INEA website. This must be issued by a physician authorized by INEA or an Internist from the Public Health Network. Applicants over 40 years of age must also submit a cardiovascular evaluation report and an electrocardiogram (which must be performed by a Cardiologist, Internist, Intensivist, or Emergenciologist). |
| 10. | Payment for document issuance, to the Banesco Bank checking account, in the name of INEA, 0134-1099-2200-0100-0780, RIF G-20002141-1, according to the amounts indicated in the SEAFARER PROCEDURES PAYMENT TABLE as per Article 61, Item 16 (located next to APPLICATION TYPE). This table will be updated to the DICOM rate every Monday at noon. “The date of the payment made must correspond with the date of the application and remains valid for three months once it is performed.” |
| 11. | The INEA payment liquidation form will be uploaded to each user’s “SEAFARER FILE” in the “REMARKS” tab by the Seafarers’ Management personnel once the payment has been confirmed.. |
