SEAGOING SERVICE CERTIFICATE (CERTIFIED PERSONNEL) (ORIGINAL)
- Identity Card.
- Credential (both sides) or Merchant Marine Certificate of Competency. This must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section, under the CERTIFICATES tab.
- Seafarer’s Identity Document (all pages used), Form Q-1, Q-2 or Form P (if university intern).
- Payment for document issuance, to the Banesco Current Account, in the name of INEA, 0134-1099-2200-0100-0780, RIF G-20002141-1, in accordance with the amounts indicated in the SEAFARERS’ PROCEDURE PAYMENT TABLE pursuant to Article 59, Item 6 (located next to APPLICATION TYPE). This Table will be updated at the DICOM rate every Monday at noon. “The date of the payment made must correspond to the date of the application and remains valid for three months once processed”.
- The INEA payment settlement form will be uploaded to each user’s “SEAFARER FILE,” under the “REMARKS” tab, by the Seafarer Management personnel once the payment has been confirmed.
Note: Requests before the INEA shall be made without the need to present folders or compact discs. All documents must be valid, legible, digitized in PDF format, and attached in the SINEA.
