SCIENTIFIC DIVING INSTRUCTOR CREDENTIAL (ORIGINAL)
- Identity Card.
- Updated Curriculum Vitae / Resume (Spanish).
- Photograph with good resolution and clarity, blue background, formal attire (both shoulders and face visible, updated no more than six months ago, neutral facial expression, without glasses, no beard styling or patterns for men, no low-cut necklines for women, and no photomontages). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section.
- International Certification or Advanced Scientific Diver Credential (both sides).
- Basic Military (Tactical) Diving Certification.
- First Aid Instructor Course or IMO Courses: 1.13 and 1.19 (valid, both sides, with registration and page/folio number). They must be attached in the SEAFARER’S FILE (EXPEDIENTE DE MARINO) section, under the COURSES (CURSOS) tab.
- Teaching Component / Teacher Training / Teacher Education (minimum of 200 hours).
- Certificate of affiliation with the Certifying Agency (PADI, CMAS, WRSTC, RSTC, among others).
Maritime Medical Certificate (physical and mental fitness with vision and hearing specification), in the Maritime Medicine format found on the INEA website (must be performed by a Physician authorized by the INEA or an Internist Physician from the Public Network). Applicants over 40 years of age must present a cardiovascular evaluation report and an electrocardiogram (must be performed by a Cardiologist, Internist, Intensivist, or Emergency Physician).
