PORT SECURITY AUDITOR (RENEWAL)
| 1. | Identity Card. |
| 2. | Updated curriculum vitae (CV) summary, containing a certificate demonstrating uninterrupted continuity of duties through designations made by the National Institute of Aquatic Spaces (INEA) and/or agreements between the parties issued by shipping companies, natural or legal persons, owners, shipowners, or operators involved in the exploitation of vessels, navigation accessories, seaplanes, offshore drilling units, and other constructions of any nature, class, and gross tonnage, fixed to the seabed or floating and/or mobile. |
| 3. | High-resolution and clear photograph, blue background, Uniform No. 2 (with visible stripes according to hierarchical rank) or blue background, formal attire (both shoulders and face visible, updated no more than six months ago, neutral facial expression, no glasses, no designs in the beard for men, no low necklines for women, and no photomontages). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section. |
| 4. | Expired document (External Port Security Auditor Credential, both sides). |
| 5. | Merchant Marine Credential (both sides) or Certificate. It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section, under the CERTIFICATES tab (Optional). |
| 6. | University Degree. |
| 7. | IMO Courses (required and additional, both sides, with registration and folio). The validity of the requested document depends on the date of these courses. They must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section, under the COURSES tab. |
| 8. | Maritime Medical Certificate (physical and mental fitness with vision and hearing specifications), in the Maritime Medicine format available on the INEA website (must be performed by an INEA-authorized physician or an Internist from the Public Network). Applicants over 40 years of age must present a cardiovascular evaluation report and electrocardiogram (must be performed by a Cardiologist, Internist, Intensivist, or Emergency Physician). |
| 9. | Payment for document issuance, to the Banesco Bank checking account, in the name of INEA, 0134-1099-2200-0100-0780, RIF G-20002141-1, according to the amounts indicated in the SEAFARER PROCEDURES PAYMENT TABLE as per Article 61, Item 16 (located next to APPLICATION TYPE). This table will be updated to the DICOM rate every Monday at noon. “The date of the payment made must correspond with the date of the application and remains valid for three months once it is performed.” |
| 10. | The INEA payment liquidation form will be uploaded to each user’s “SEAFARER’S FILE,” in the “OBSERVATIONS” tab by the Seafarers’ Management personnel once their payment has been confirmed. |
