RENEWAL OF THIRD-CLASS RECREATIONAL SKIPPER LICENSE
THIRD-CLASS RECREATIONAL SKIPPER LICENSE (RENEWAL)
| 1. | Identity Card. |
| 2. | Updated photograph with high resolution and sharpness, blue background, formal attire (both shoulders and face visible, no glasses, no facial expressions, no shapes in the beard for men, no low-cut necklines for women, and no photomontages). It must be attached in the SEAFARER’S FILE section. |
| 3. | Expired document (Third-Class Recreational Skipper License, both sides). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section, under the CERTIFICATES tab. |
| 4. | Maritime Medical Certificate (physical and mental fitness specifying vision and hearing), in the Maritime Medicine format found on the INEA website (must be performed by an INEA-authorized physician or an Internist from the Public Health Network). Applicants over 40 years of age must present a cardiovascular evaluation report and electrocardiogram (must be performed by a Cardiologist, Internist, Intensivist, or Emergency Physician). |
| 5. | Payment for document issuance, to the Banco de Venezuela checking account, in the name of INEA, 0102-0762-25-0000003188, RIF G-20002141-1, in accordance with the amounts indicated in the SEAFARER PROCEDURES PAYMENT TABLE according to Article 61, Item 14 (located next to TYPE OF REQUEST). This Table is updated at the DICOM rate every Monday at noon. “The date of the payment made must correspond with the date of the request and has three months of validity once it is performed”. |
| 6. | The INEA payment liquidation form will be uploaded to each user’s SEAFARER’S FILE, under the OBSERVATIONS tab, by the Seafarer Management personnel once the payment has been confirmed. |
