| 4 | Submit a letter of commitment where the company will notify the Aquatic Authority of its aquatic district, when the result obtained from the ballast water study is “HIGH RISK”. | ||

| 7 | In case of renewal, submit the annual inspection report according to Resolution N°033. | ||
