    1 List of personnel specialized in marine and environmental sciences, with knowledge of BWM and course on the control and management of ballast water and sediments from ships. Attach curriculum vitae.
    2 Basic and Advanced Course by the Venezuelan Center for Nautical Studies (CENAVE) course certificate.
    3 It has a laboratory where ballast water analysis (D2) will be performed, duly certified by the People’s Ministry of Ecosocialism (MINEC).

    4 Submit a letter of commitment where the company will notify the Aquatic Authority of its aquatic district, when the result obtained from the ballast water study is “HIGH RISK”.
    5 The Personnel must have Personal Protective Equipment, with delivery identification, and place photograph.
    6 Port precincts where the company will provide the service.
    7 In case of renewal, submit the annual inspection report according to Resolution N°033.
    8 Receives accompaniment from the Port Captaincy when providing ballast water sampling and analysis services.
    9 It sends to the e-mail aguadelastreinea21@gmail.com, the report of the result each time it performs the service to the vessel.
