| 5 | Company’s Industrial and Commercial License, or failing that, the lease agreement for the premises where the company operates. | ||||
| 6 | Surety bond in the amount of 7,000 Euros, notarized (which will be taken into account for the expiration date of the document or permit granted, and must have an expiration date of one (01) year). | ||||
| 7 | Report evidencing the implementation of a Quality Management System within the company (ISO 9001:2015 Standard) and Safety Management Systems. | ||||
| 8 | Operational Inspection carried out by the Port Captaincy of the Jurisdiction where it operates or will operate, which must include a photographic record. | ||||
| 9 | Copy of the Permit issued by INEA as a Cargo Transport Shipping Company (Current). | ||||
| 10 | Submit the list of technical personnel (full name, identity card number, certification level). Demonstrate the competence of the personnel in ship-to-ship (STS) transfer operations to ensure that operations are carried out safely. | ||||
| 11 | Have an Operations Manual. | ||||
| 12 | Certificate of insurance covering ship-to-ship (STS) transfer operations, including those required by P&I Clubs (Protection and Indemnity). | ||||
| 13 | In the event that the service provider company lacks experience in ship-to-ship (STS) transfer operations, it must have the backing of an internationally recognized ship-to-ship transfer service provider company, in which case it shall submit the following documentation in PDF format:
