| 3. | Copy of the ID Card (Cédula de Identidad) and Tax Information Registry (RIF) of the vessel owner. | ☐ |
| 4. | Vessel ownership document (RENAVE registration). | ☐ |
| 5. | Copy of the general arrangement plan. | ☐ |
| 6. | Copy of the vessel certificates: certificate of registry (patente de navegación), tonnage, classification society, load line, latest static bollard pull certificate.. | ☐ |

NOTE: All these requirements must be contained on a flash drive (pendrive) and sent to the Naval Industry Management Office (Gerencia de Industria Naval) at the INEA Headquarters in Caracas. Likewise, the documents in digital format (PDF) must be forwarded to the email addresses solicitudes_industrianaval@inea.gob.ve or recepcionindustrianaval@gmail.com and the physical folder must be filed at the Naval Production Center (Centro de Producción Naval).
