GUIDELINES FOR THE SURVEYS UNDER THE HARMONIZED SYSTEM OF SURVEY AND CERTIFICATION (HSSC), 2023

Types of survey:
- R – Renewal
- P – Periodical
- In – Intermediate
- A – Annual
1 Alternatively, the items related to the intermediate survey for the cargo ship safety construction certificate that are in addition to the requirements of the annual survey may be surveyed at the second or third annual survey or in between.
2 The renewal survey may be carried out up to 3 months before the expiry date of the certificate.
