YACHT CAPTAIN LICENSE (RENEWAL)
| 1. | Identity Card. |
| 2. | Updated photograph with high resolution and sharpness, blue background, formal attire (both shoulders and face visible, no glasses, no facial expressions, no shapes in the beard for men, no low-cut necklines for women, and no photomontages). It must be attached in the SEAFARER’S FILE section. |
| 3. | Expired document (Yacht Captain License, both sides). Must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section, under the CERTIFICATES tab. |
| 4. | Maritime Medical Certificate (physical and mental fitness specifying vision and hearing), in the Maritime Medicine format found on the INEA website (must be performed by an INEA-authorized physician or an Internist from the Public Health Network). Applicants over 40 years of age must present a cardiovascular evaluation report and electrocardiogram (must be performed by a Cardiologist, Internist, Intensivist, or Emergency Physician). |
| 5. | Payment for document issuance, to the Banco de Venezuela checking account, under the name of INEA, 0102-0762-25-0000003188, RIF G-20002141-1, according to the amounts indicated in the SEAFARERS’ PROCEDURES PAYMENT TABLE as per Article 61, Item 11 (located next to the APPLICATION TYPE). This Table is updated at the DICOM rate every Monday at noon. “The payment date must correspond to the application date and is valid for three months once made”. |
| 6. | The INEA payment liquidation form will be uploaded to each user’s SEAFARER’S FILE, under the OBSERVATIONS tab, by the Seafarer Management personnel once the payment has been confirmed. |
