Administrative Ruling N° 091 dated 07/03/2025, which establishes that for the renewal of the authorization as Shipping Agency issued by the National Institute of Aquatic Spaces, legal entities must present the Registration as International Shipping Agency issued by the National Integrated Service of Customs and Tax Administration (SENIAT).
