REGULATIONS
- The application and required documents must be submitted to the National Institute of Aquatic Spaces (INEA), Seafarer Management Office, Nautical Education Division via email to educacionnautica@inea.gob.ve, together with the scanned files, following the order of the checklist index listed on the first page. Once the documentation is received, analysis and evaluation will proceed to determine acceptance, subject to prior inspection of the Institution.
- All documents and training curricula (pensum) must comply with current national and international legislation.
- The Operating Authorization is valid for up to five (5) years from its date of issuance.
- Teachers or instructors must be specialists in the field and must submit credentials certifying their competence.
- In the event that discrepancies or irregularities are detected in the information provided, notification will be issued in a timely manner, and the process leading to the issuance of the requested authorization will be halted.
- In case of non-compliance with the current legal framework governing nautical education, the National Institute of Aquatic Spaces (INEA) reserves the right to apply the penalties and sanctions established by law.
