CIRCULAR No 010

The General Managers, Line Managers, Office Managers and Harbor Masters are hereby instructed that as of the present date there shall be no reimbursement and/or reimbursement to users for deposits or transfers in excess, for payment of fees for services and activities related to the aquatic sector provided by the Aquatic Authority, in accordance with the law; or to third parties for deposits or transfers in accounts of the Institute due to material error, whether these are paid or transferred to accounts of the Institute.Claims will operate by means of a credit balance granted to the user and/or holder who made the payment, or in favor of a third party who must be identified in the corresponding request, to make the total or partial payment of any procedure in the same currency and in a single opportunity, i.e., it is not deductible in several procedures. It is valid for ninety (90) days, counted from the date of the transaction (deposit and/or transfer) and shall not be transferable to another financial year, i.e., the credit balance shall be valid in the same fiscal year in which the payment has been made.

This instruction shall be given to all related personnel, and published on the information boards of the service generating Coordination Offices at the Headquarters and Port Captaincy Offices and their delegations, in order to foresee the users of this instruction.

Without further reference and with the full assurance that we can count on your action to comply with the above instructions, you are hereby dismissed.
