CIRCULAR No 062
CONSIDERING
The declaration, by means of a Decree, of a State of Emergency and Alarm throughout the National Territory, given the social circumstances that seriously endanger the public health and safety of the citizens residing in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in the face of the emergency caused by the outbreak of Coronavirus COVID-19 and its variants known as P-1 and P-2, as well as the new strains currently classified as variants of concern, under the designations of Alpha or British variant, Beta or South African, and Delta or Indian; therefore, the National Executive must maintain the urgent, effective, and necessary measures for the protection and preservation of the health of the Venezuelan population,
CONSIDERING
The measures announced by the Constitutional President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela under the 7+7 plus scheme, corresponding to the protection and surveillance measures necessary to counteract the pandemic and its variants.
DECIDES
- The sailing of pleasure craft, passenger vessels, and recreational vessels is prohibited between July 26 and August 01, 2021, both dates inclusive.
- The Aquatic Authority, through the General Manager of Operations and the Port Captains of the Aquatic Jurisdictions of the National Institute of Aquatic Spaces, is charged with the execution, supervision, and control of the provisions of this Circular and shall ensure strict compliance therewith.
- The Commodores of the Marinas must ensure strict compliance with the provisions of this Circular.
- Circular No. 061, dated July 19, 2021, is hereby repealed.
