ADVANCED SCIENTIFIC DIVER CREDENTIAL (COPY)
- Identity Card.
- Photograph with good resolution and clarity, blue background, formal attire (both shoulders and face visible, updated no more than six months ago, neutral facial expression, without glasses, no beard styling or patterns for men, no low-cut necklines for women, and no photomontages). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section.
- In the case of a copy due to loss, theft, or robbery, if the user does not have a record of the document in the SINEA, a PDF copy of the Advanced Scientific Diver Credential with a manual signature must be scanned and submitted if available; otherwise, a formal complaint filed before the competent judicial authority must be uploaded. In the case of a copy due to damage or deterioration, the affected Credential or an explanatory letter of the events occurred must be scanned and submitted.
- Advanced Scientific Diver Credential (both sides). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section, under the CERTIFICATES tab.
Note: Requests before the INEA shall be made without the need to present folders or compact discs. All documents must be valid, legible, digitized in PDF format, and attached in the SINEA.
