ARTISAN MASTER TITLE CREDENTIAL (COPY)
| 1. | Identity Card. |
| 2. | Photograph with good resolution and clarity, blue background (both shoulders and face visible, updated within the last six months, no facial expressions, no designs in the beard, wearing a shirt—not a t-shirt—for men, and no low-cut necklines for women, no photomontages). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE (EXPEDIENTE DE MARINO) section. |
| 3. | In the event of a copy due to loss, theft, or robbery, if the user does not have a record of the document in the SINEA, a PDF copy of the Artisan Master Title Credential with a manual signature must be scanned, if available; otherwise, a report filed with the competent judicial authority must be uploaded. In the case of a copy due to damage or deterioration, the affected Credential must be scanned and submitted, or an explanatory letter detailing the events must be provided. |
| 4. | Individual Competency Certificate generated and signed by the Harbor Master of the Jurisdiction. |
Note: Requests to the INEA will be carried out without the need to submit physical folders or compact discs. All documents must be digitized in PDF format and attached to the SINEA by the Documentation Coordinator of the Harbor Master’s Office.
