BASIC SCIENTIFIC DIVER CREDENTIAL (COPY)
- Identity Card.
- Photograph with good resolution and clarity, blue background, formal attire (both shoulders and face visible, updated no more than six months ago, neutral facial expression, without glasses, no beard styling or patterns for men, no low-cut necklines for women, and no photomontages). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section.
- In the case of a replacement copy due to misplacement, theft, or robbery, if the user does not have a record of the document in the SINEA, they must scan a copy of the Basic Scientific Diver Credential in PDF format, including a handwritten signature if available; otherwise, they must upload a police report or formal complaint filed before the competent judicial authority. In the case of a replacement copy due to damage or deterioration, they must scan and submit the affected Credential or an explanatory letter detailing the events that occurred.
- Basic Scientific Diver Credential (both sides). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section, under the CERTIFICATES tab.
Note: Requests before the INEA shall be made without the need to present folders or compact discs. All documents must be valid, legible, digitized in PDF format, and attached in the SINEA.
