COPY OF FISHING CHIEF ENGINEER LICENSE CREDENTIAL
| 1. | Identity Card. |
| 2. | High-resolution and sharp photograph, red background, formal attire (both shoulders and face visible, no more than six months old, neutral facial expression, no designs in facial hair for men, no low-cut necklines for women, and no photomontages). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section. |
| 3. | In the case of a copy due to loss, theft, or robbery, if the user does not have a record of the document in the SINEA, a PDF copy of the Fishing Chief Engineer License Credential with a manual signature must be scanned if available; otherwise, a report filed with the competent judicial authority must be uploaded. In the case of a copy due to damage or deterioration, the affected Credential or an explanatory letter of the events occurred must be scanned and submitted. |
| 4. | Fishing Marine Engineer Officer License Credential (both sides) or Fishing Marine Engineer Officer License. It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section, under the TITLES tab. |
| 5. | Degree of Higher University Technician in Naval Technology, Major: Naval Mechanics. |
| 6. | Fishing Chief Engineer Course Completion Certificate. |
| 7. | Document issuance payment to the Banesco checking account, in the name of INEA, 0134-1099-2200-0100-0780, RIF G-20002141-1, in accordance with the amounts indicated in the SEAFARER PROCEDURE PAYMENT TABLE according to Article 61, Item 21 (located next to TYPE OF REQUEST). This table is updated to the DICOM rate every Monday at noon. “The date of the payment must correspond to the date of the application and remains valid for three months once processed”. |
| 8. | The INEA payment liquidation form will be uploaded to each user’s SEAFARER FILE, under the REMARKS tab, by the Seafarers’ Management personnel once the payment has been confirmed. |
Note: Requests before the INEA shall be made without the need to present folders or compact discs. All documents must be valid, legible, digitized in PDF format, and attached in the SINEA.
