FISHING OFFICER LICENSE CREDENTIAL (COPY)
| 1. | Identity Card. |
| 2. | High-resolution, sharp photograph with a blue background, wearing formal attire (both shoulders and face must be visible). The photo must be current (taken within the last six months) with a neutral facial expression. For men, no designs or shapes in the beard are permitted; for women, no low-cut necklines. Photomontages are strictly prohibited. This must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section. |
| 3. | In the case of a copy due to loss, theft, or robbery, if the user does not have a record of the document in the SINEA, a PDF copy of the Fishing Officer License Credential with a manual signature must be scanned if available; otherwise, a formal complaint filed before the competent judicial authority must be uploaded. In the case of a copy due to damage or deterioration, the affected Credential or an explanatory letter of the events must be scanned and submitted. |
| 4. | Degree of Higher University Technician in Naval Technology, Major: Navigation and Fishing. |
| 5. | Document issuance payment to the Banesco checking account, in the name of INEA, 0134-1099-2200-0100-0780, RIF G-20002141-1, in accordance with the amounts indicated in the SEAFARER PROCEDURE PAYMENT TABLE according to Article 61, Item 21 (located next to TYPE OF REQUEST). This table is updated to the DICOM rate every Monday at noon. “The date of the payment must correspond to the date of the application and remains valid for three months once processed”. |
| 6. | The INEA payment liquidation form will be uploaded to each user’s SEAFARER FILE, under the REMARKS tab, by the Seafarers’ Management personnel once the payment has been confirmed. |
Note: Requests before the INEA shall be made without the need to present folders or compact discs. All documents must be valid, legible, digitized in PDF format, and attached in the SINEA.
