NAVAL INSPECTOR CREDENTIAL (COPY)
| 1. | Identity Card. |
| 2. | High-resolution and sharp photograph, blue or red background depending on specialty, wearing Uniform No. 2 (epaulettes with four 14 mm stripes, both shoulders and face visible, updated no more than six months ago, with a neutral facial expression, without patterns in the beard for men, and without low-cut necklines for women, nor photo montages). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section. |
| 3. | In the case of a copy due to loss or theft, if the user does not have a record of the document in the SINEA, a PDF copy of the Naval Inspector Credential with a manual signature must be scanned if available; otherwise, a report filed with the competent judicial authority must be uploaded. In the case of a copy due to damage or deterioration, the affected Credential must be scanned and submitted, or an explanatory letter of the events must be provided. |
| 4. | Naval Inspector Credential (both sides). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section, under the TITLES tab. |
| 5. | Master Mariner or Chief Engineer Credential (both sides). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section, under the TITLES tab.. |
| 6. | Payment for document issuance, to the Banesco Bank checking account, in the name of INEA, 0134-1099-2200-0100-0780, RIF G-20002141-1, according to the amounts indicated in the SEAFARER PROCEDURES PAYMENT TABLE as per Article 61, Item 21 (located next to APPLICATION TYPE). This table will be updated to the DICOM rate every Monday at noon. “The date of the payment made must correspond with the date of the application and remains valid for three months once it is performed”. |
| 7. | INEA payment liquidation form will be uploaded to each user in their “SEAFARER’S FILE”, under the “REMARKS” tab by the Seafarers Management personnel once their payment has been confirmed. |
Note: Requests before the INEA shall be made without the need to present folders or compact discs. All documents must be valid, legible, digitized in PDF format, and attached in the SINEA.
