CERTIFICATE OF PROFICIENCY: RATINGS FORMING PART OF AN
ENGINEERING WATCH (COPY)

1. Identity Card
2. High-resolution, sharp photograph with a red background, formal attire (shoulders and face visible, updated within the last six months, neutral facial expression, no patterns or designs in beards for men, no low-cut necklines for women, and no photo montages). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section.
3. In the event of a copy due to loss, theft, or robbery, if the user does not have a record of the document in the SINEA, a PDF copy of the Certificate of Proficiency for Ratings Forming Part of an Engineering Watch with a manual signature must be scanned if possessed; otherwise, a report filed with the competent judicial authority must be uploaded. In the case of a copy due to damage or deterioration, the affected Certificate or an explanatory letter of the events must be scanned and submitted.
4. Certificate of Proficiency for Ratings Forming Part of an Engineering Watch. It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section, under the CERTIFICATES tab.
5. Payment for the document issuance fee must be made to the Banesco Bank current account, held by INEA (Account No. 0134-1099-2200-0100-0780, RIF G-20002141-1). The amounts are determined by the TABLE OF SEAFARER TRANSACTION FEES, specifically under Article 59, Item 12 (located next to the TYPE OF REQUEST). This table is updated according to the DICOM rate every Monday at noon.

6. The INEA payment settlement form will be uploaded for each user in their “SEAFARER FILE,” under the “OBSERVATIONS” tab by the Seafarer Management staff once the payment has been confirmed.

Note: Applications to the INEA shall be carried out without the need to submit folders or disks.
