SCIENTIFIC DIVING INSTRUCTOR CREDENTIAL (COPY)
- Identity Card.
- Photograph with good resolution and clarity, blue background, formal attire (both shoulders and face visible, updated no more than six months ago, neutral facial expression, without glasses, no beard styling or patterns for men, no low-cut necklines for women, and no photomontages). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section.
- In the case of a replacement copy due to misplacement, theft, or robbery, if the user does not have a record of the document in the SINEA system, a PDF copy of the Scientific Diving Instructor Credential with a handwritten signature must be scanned and uploaded if available; otherwise, a formal report filed with the competent judicial authority must be uploaded. In the case of a replacement copy due to damage or deterioration, the affected Credential or an explanatory letter of the events must be scanned and submitted.
- Scientific Diving Instructor Credential (both sides). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section, under the CERTIFICATES tab.
