DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED
| 1. | Letter addressed to the President of INEA making the respective request. | ☐ |
| 2. | Application form addressed to the President of the National Institute of Aquatic Spaces. | ☐ |
| 3. | Copy of the ID Card (Cédula de Identidad) or Tax Information Registry (RIF) of the vessel owner. | ☐ |
| 4. | Copy of the vessel’s certificates. | ☐ |
| 5. | Technical specifications of the vessels, navigation accessories, drilling platforms, or goods related to the Naval and Port Industry for which the tax benefit is requested. | ☐ |
| 6. | Document proving ownership of the asset subject to the benefit, duly certified in accordance with the Hague Convention of 1961 to authenticate documents for use in foreign countries (apostilled), and translated into Spanish if necessary. | ☐ |
| 7. | Statement of purpose expressing that the benefit is intended exclusively for the construction, modification, repair, and recycling of vessels; as well as the outfitting and repair of machinery, equipment, and components for the Naval and Port Industry. | ☐ |
NOTE: All these requirements must be contained on a compact disc (CD) or pendrive and must be sent to the Naval Industry Management at the INEA Headquarters in Caracas. Likewise, the documents in digital format (PDF) must be forwarded to the e-mails solicitudes_industrianaval@inea.gob.ve o recepcionindustrianaval@gmail.com and the physical file binder must be kept on-site at the Naval Production Center.
