    INEA RECOGNIZES THE WORK OF ITS EMPLOYEES DURING THESE 23 YEARS OF MANAGEMENT

    Within the framework of its 23rd Anniversary, the National Institute of Aquatic Spaces (INEA) bestowed Buttons for years of service to 217 male and female workers of the entity nationwide, as well as granted special decorations to 113 men and women who have contributed to the development of the Blue Venezuela.

    The activity in Caracas was presided over by the head of the entity CA. Germán Gómez Larez, the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, Juan Carlos Loyo, the Vice Minister of Aquatic Transport, Adm. Edglis Herrera Balza, the President of the Manuelita Sáenz Movement, Dra. Eliana Salazar, and the President of the Venezuela Export Promotion Agency, Daniella Cabello.

    Special guests also included: the Head of Government of our Guayana Esequiba, Adm. Neil Villamizar, the Joint Director for National Development of the Strategic Operational Command, Adm. Jorge Agüero Montes, the General Director of Pre-Investment of Public Works, Héctor de Abreu de Abreu, and the Director of the Hydrography and Navigation Service, CA. Carlos Tacoa Garrido, the President of Venavega, VA. Gustavo Flores Geraud, and the Vice President of Bolipuertos, Lawyer David Quintana La Riva.

    In this regard, the highest authorities bestowed buttons for 5, 10, 15, and 20 years of service to 40 workers, as well as the same jewel to 2 workers for being part of the great family of the aquatic sector for 35 and 25 years, respectively.

    Likewise, 20 Merit Honor Bars, 15 Distinguished Service Maritime Ribbons, and 2 Maritime Authority Medals were awarded to workers from different administrative areas who stood out for their commitment and loyalty to the Institution.

    While this last special decoration, the highest of the entity (Maritime Authority Medal), was also awarded to the group of authorities who accompanied during the ceremony, for the integrated work that has been taking shape with the Ministry of Fisheries and Aquaculture, Guayana Esequiba, SHN, Bolipuertos and the CEOFANB, among others.

    In this way, the Great Transport Mission Venezuela and INEA pay tribute to their workers, reaffirming the commitment to excellence and consolidating the foundations to continue developing Venezuela’s aquatic spaces.
