ORIGINAL HARBOR PILOT CERTIFICATE
| 1. | Identity Card. |
| 2. | High-resolution and sharp photograph, blue background, wearing Uniform No. 2 (epaulettes visible according to hierarchical rank, both shoulders and face visible, updated no more than six months ago, neutral facial expression, no glasses, no groomed designs in the beard for men, and no low-cut necklines for women, no photomontages). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section. |
| 3. | Credential (both sides) or Master Mariner License with two (2) years since issuance, or Chief Officer (Navigation) with five (5) years since issuance. It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section, under the TITLES tab. |
| 4. | Certificate of English Language Proficiency. |
| 5. | Harbor Pilot Course Certificate. |
| 6. | INEA Employment Contract as a Harbor Pilot. |
| 7. | Certificate of completion and approval of the internship period according to the assigned Port Authority. |
| 8. | Maritime Medical Certificate (physical and mental fitness specifying vision and hearing), in the Maritime Medicine format available on the INEA website (must be issued by an INEA-authorized physician or an Internist from the Public Health Network). Applicants over 40 years of age must also provide a cardiovascular evaluation report and an electrocardiogram (must be performed by a Cardiologist, Internist, Intensivist, or Emergency Physician). |
