The forms can be downloaded from the website: htts://www.inea.gob.ve, in the Procedures (Trámites) section — select Transport and Traffic (Transporte y Tráfico) — Aquatic Sector Company Statistical Report (Reporte Estadístico Empresas del Sector Acuático) — select the report according to the activity, fill out the form, and send it via email to reportestrimestralesinea@gmail.com / estadistica@inea.gob.ve within the first 10 continuous days after the end of each quarter, as follows:
