| 5 | Company’s Industrial and Commercial License and lease agreement for the premises where the company operates. | ||||
| 6 | Surety bond in the amount of 7,000 Euros, notarized (which will be taken into account for the expiration date of the document or permit granted, and must have an expiration date of one (01) year). | ||||
| 7 | Operability inspection carried out by the Harbor Master’s Office of the Jurisdiction where it operates or will operate, which must include a photographic record. | ||||
| 8 | Registration with the Hydrography, Meteorology, Oceanography, and Nautical Cartography Service | ||||
| 9 | Submit a list of technical personnel (first and last name, identity card number, certification level). | ||||
| 10 | Copy of the previous Permit issued by INEA.(IF the renewal is untimely/late, the corresponding fine must be paid at the Port Captaincy closest to your fiscal address). | ||||
| 11 | Submit equipment list. | ||||
| 12 | Company Quality Management System Audit Report (ISO 9001:2015 Standard), in accordance with Circular 007 dated May 2019. |
