RENEWAL OF FISHING DIVER CREDENTIAL
FISHING DIVER CREDENTIAL (RENEWAL)
- Identity Card.
- Photograph with good resolution and clarity, blue background, formal attire (both shoulders and face visible, updated no more than six months ago, neutral facial expression, without glasses, no beard styling or patterns for men, no low-cut necklines for women, and no photomontages). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section.
- Expired document (Fishing Diver Credential, both sides). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section, under the CERTIFICATES tab.
- Maritime Medical Certificate (physical and mental fitness with eye and hearing specifications), in the Maritime Medicine format available on the INEA website (must be issued by an INEA-authorized physician or an Internist from the Public Health Network).
Note: Requests before the INEA shall be made without the need to present folders or compact discs. All documents must be valid, legible, digitized in PDF format, and attached in the SINEA.
