NAVAL INSPECTION SPECIALIST CREDENTIAL (COPY)
- Identity Card.
- High-resolution and clear photograph, blue or red background depending on the specialty, Uniform No. 2, epaulets with four 14-millimeter stripes; blue background, formal attire (both shoulders and face visible, updated no more than six months ago, with a neutral facial expression, without patterns in the beard for men, and without low-cut necklines for women, no photomontages). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section.
- In the case of a copy due to loss, theft, or robbery, if the user does not have a record of the document in the SINEA system, a copy of the Naval Inspection Specialist Credential must be scanned in PDF format, including a manual signature if they have it; otherwise, a police report filed before the competent judicial authority must be uploaded. In the case of a copy due to damage or deterioration, the affected Credential or an explanatory letter of the events that occurred must be scanned and submitted.
- Naval Inspection Specialist Credential (both sides). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section, under the TITLES tab.
- Credential (both sides) or Master Mariner or Chief Engineer License. It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section, under the TITLES tab (Optional).
- Payment for document issuance, to the Banesco Bank Checking Account, in the name of INEA, 0134-1099-2200-0100-0780, RIF G-20002141-1, in accordance with the amounts indicated in the SEAFARERS’ PROCEDURES PAYMENT TABLE pursuant to Article 61, Item 21 (located next to TYPE OF REQUEST). This Table will be updated at the DICOM rate every Monday at noon. “The date of the payment made must correspond to the date of the request and is valid for three months once completed”.
- The INEA payment settlement form will be uploaded to each user’s “SEAFARER FILE”, under the “REMARKS” tab, by the Seafarer Management personnel once the payment has been confirmed.
Note: Requests before the INEA shall be made without the need to present folders or compact discs. All documents must be valid, legible, digitized in PDF format, and attached in the SINEA.
