FISHING DIVER CREDENTIAL (COPY)
- Identity Card.
- Photograph with good resolution and clarity, blue background, formal attire (both shoulders and face visible, updated no more than six months ago, neutral facial expression, without glasses, no beard styling or patterns for men, no low-cut necklines for women, and no photomontages). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section.
- In the case of a copy due to loss, theft, or robbery, if the user does not have a record of the document in the SINEA system, they must scan a copy of the Fishing Diver Credential in PDF format, including a manual signature if they have it; otherwise, they must upload a police report filed before the competent judicial authority. In the case of a copy due to damage or deterioration, they must scan and submit the affected Credential or an explanatory letter of the events that occurred.
- Fishing Diver Credential (both sides). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section, under the CERTIFICATES tab.
Note: Requests before the INEA shall be made without the need to present folders or compact discs. All documents must be valid, legible, digitized in PDF format, and attached in the SINEA.
