REQUIREMENTS FOR THE INCORPORATION OF NEW COURSES FOR PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL CENTERS
Requirements for Public and/or Armed Forces Educational Centers (Incorporation of New Courses)
- Application and Registration Receipt, Authorization, Addition of New Subjects or Courses, and/or Renewal of the Institution’s Operating Authorization.
- Copy of the applicant’s Identity Card; if a naturalized citizen, a copy of the Official Gazette containing the Naturalization Act.
- Copy of the Institution’s Tax Information Registry (Registro Único de Información Fiscal – RIF).
- Copy of the Declarative Personal Accident Policy or Medical Care Service.
- Copy of the fire prevention compliance certificate issued by the Fire Department.
- Programs, syllabi, and schedules for the nautical subjects or courses to be taught, along with their respective instructor and participant manuals.
- Inventory and description of resources, printed and non-printed teaching materials for learning in nautical education.
- List of management personnel, teaching staff, and instructors, with their current curriculum vitae and the corresponding supporting documents attached.
- Copies of the IMO Instructor Certificates.
- Copy of the authorization certificate for the use of facilities required for practical training corresponding to the programs that demand it.
Note: Applications to the INEA shall be submitted without the need to present physical folders or compact discs (CDs). All documents must be current, legible, digitized in PDF format, and the user must send them to the following email address: educacionnautica@inea.gob.ve.
