Circular No. 014 of 10/25/2025, informing the entire Aquatic Sector, especially Seafarers and Nautical Education Institutions, that as of January 1, 2026 the amendments to Part A of the Code of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (Training Code), Chapter VI Standards relating to emergency functions, safety at work, protection, medical care and survival Section A-VI/1 come into force.
Administrative Ruling N° 035 of 02/26/2024. Incorporate Resolution A.1186(33) of 02/01/2024 containing the Guidelines to Perform Acknowledgements in Conformity with the Harmonized System of Acknowledgements and Certification (SARC) 2023.
