CIRCULAR No 21
To all Port Authorities and companies engaged in activities of prevention and combat of environmental pollution in the Aquatic Spaces, regarding the collection of garbage from ships and in general to the Venezuelan aquatic community, it is made public knowledge that the format used for the reception of garbage from ships must be replaced by the attached model.
As of this date, the companies dedicated to such purposes must deliver the receipt directly to the Captain of the vessel on which the service was rendered, in compliance with the provisions of Annex V of MARPOL numeral 4.2.
It is also established that neither the INEA logo nor the Coat of Arms of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela shall appear in said format.
