ADMINISTRATIVE RULING No. 910 DATED 06/20/2016 PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE No. 40,952 OF 07/26/2016 DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED TO REQUEST THE REGISTRATION OF PORTS FOR THE VERIFIED GROSS MASS (OF PACKED CONTAINERS)

Those interested in obtaining the registration and certification must submit the following requirements:

1. Request for authorization addressed to the President of INEA, to the attention of the Management of Ports (original and one copy).
2. Copy of the Calibration Certificate from the National Autonomous Service for Standardization, Quality, Metrology, and Technical Regulations (SENCAMER), accrediting that the weighing system satisfies a quality management standard.
3. Description of the Weighing Method: Method No. 1 and/or Method No. 2.
4. Payment of fees (Registration/Re-registration).
5. Any others established by law.
