4. Terms and Conditions of the Service Agreement:
- The Inspector/Auditor must provide sufficient and necessary information for the issuance of the applicable certificates or documents by the Aquatic Authority.
- The Inspector/Auditor must submit the Report as a single PDF document to the Aquatic Authority, within a period not exceeding received eight (08) days following the inspection, to the following emails: inspecciones@inea.gob.ve, segumar@inea.gob.ve
- In the case of ISM and ISPS audits, they are not considered concluded until the auditor has completed the closure of non-conformities (if applicable), which remains part of the same audit.
- Once the inspection/audit has been performed and the report has been submitted, the company commits to making the agreed payment in this document to the Inspector/Auditor within a period not exceeding five (05) business days.
- The Inspector/Auditor must guarantee the confidentiality of the information, prohibiting the disclosure of data gathered during the inspection/audit process to third parties.

Note: This document must be completed, signed, and stamped by both parties. Once signed, it constitutes a binding commitment in accordance with the conditions established by the INEA and the competent Aquatic Authority.
