CIRCULAR 007
The President of the National Institute of Aquatic Spaces (INEA), citizen CESAR VLADIMIR ROMERO SALAZAR, ID Card No. V-8,869,015, by virtue of the powers conferred under Article 78, numeral 14, and Article 73, numeral 1 of the Decree with the Rank, Value, and Force of the Organic Law of Aquatic Spaces, in conjunction with Article 4 of the Decree with the Rank, Value, and Force of the Law on Marinas and Connected Activities, hereby issues the following instructions to harbor masters: as of today, March 15, 2020, the legal boarding clearance (visita de ley) provided for in Article 37 of the Law on Marinas and Connected Activities is suspended. All documentation processing and information exchange shall be carried out electronically; only the sanitary inspection and the anti-drug inspection must be performed, and no free pratique shall be granted to the remaining authorities.
