CIRCULAR No 011
The President of the National Institute of Aquatic Spaces, proceeding in accordance with the provisions of numeral 1 of Article 78 of the Decree with the Rank, Value, and Force of the Organic Law of Aquatic Spaces, in conjunction with the provisions of Article 30 of the Organic Law of Administrative Procedures, and Articles 5 and 10 of the Decree with the Rank, Value, and Force of the Organic Law of Public Administration.
WHEREAS
The National Institute of Aquatic Spaces carries out its activities in accordance with the principles of efficacy, efficiency, and speed, emphasizing among its objectives the continuous improvement of public procedures, services, and provisions,
WHEREAS
The streamlining of administrative procedures, as well as the elimination of those that are unnecessary, is a permanent task of the organs and entities of the Public Administration, in accordance with the principles and rules established by law,
DECIDES
SOLE ARTICLE: Urge the General Management of Operations, the General Management of Marinas, and the General Management of Ports to develop, on a weekly basis during regular working hours, the streamlining, automation, or improvement of an administrative procedure and/or process falling within their inherent functions and related to the services provided to users, in order to guarantee that the proper administrative and operational actions are executed in a timely and efficient manner within the framework of current legal regulations.
